This document provides instructions on how to upload PDF documents to a transaction using modern contract software for real estate transactions. If you have additional documents on your computer or email that you want to store with a transaction, you can follow these steps:<br /><br />1. Access the transaction where you want to upload the document.<br />2. Click on the "Documents" option in the left side menu.<br />3. Look for the "Add Documents" button in the upper-right corner and click on it.<br />4. A pop-up window will appear with two options.<br /> a) The left option allows you to click and select a file from your computer. When you choose this option, your computer's file system will open, and you can navigate to the location of the file you want to upload. Select the file and click "Open". It is also possible to select multiple documents at once.<br /> b) The right option allows you to drag and drop the file directly from your computer's file system onto the screen. The software will automatically upload it into the transaction.<br /><br />After uploading the document, you will be able to see it within the transaction. This feature allows you to store and keep track of important documents related to the transaction.
