It's the mandatory 2026 ACU (Annual Commission Update) course! This course must be taken every calendar year for licensees to have three (3) ACUs completed within each three year license cycle.

Video is included in our online version of the course after we complete our first Live/Online (Webinar) delivered course. We also include a full student version of the slide deck for those who want to take notes as they follow along with the online course, just like you would in the classroom. The PDF document is found within the course itself.

Colorado Division of Real Estate rules do not allow completion of each annual ACU outside the calendar year.
Students are also allowed to complete only one ACU course per year for credit

All students are required to complete a student attestation at the onset of every course to verify they are the person who is taking the registered course. Certificates of completion (or any REC-33) will be available once you have completed all required assessments and the final exam. Final exams must be passed in order to receive credit.
