Students must complete 168 hours of education from an approved Colorado real estate licensing school. This package includes the required content broken down into the following courses and is fully approved by the Colorado Department of Occupational Schools:

• Law & Practice
• Contracts & Regulations
• Colorado Closings
• Record Keeping & Trust Accounts
• Legal Issues
• Practical Applications

Once you complete your Pre-Licensing education, you’ll take the Colorado real estate licensing exam.  This exam is completed in two parts, National and State specific content.  We will prepare you not only to pass the exam but to begin your journey to a successful career in real estate!

Students will complete an orientation course online with Apex that will include full access to tutoring and online courses. Registration for the live tutoring and online coursework is included, and may be on separate platforms. Students will have full access once the orientation coursework is complete.
