Colorado Real Estate Contracts and laws are consistently updated by the Real Estate Commission and this course brings you up to date with what's new for 2026.

This course will introduce recent updates while also presenting more detailed form information. The course also covers recent legislation impacting the industry with a focus on those changes that affect contracts and the practice of real estate. 

All courses are self-paced & easily accessible in a click-through format on any device with internet.  Log in and out as often as needed to complete; any failed quizzes/exams may be retaken without penalty. Support is available if you have any questions!

All students are required to complete a student attestation at the onset of every course to verify they are the person who is taking the registered course. Certificates of completion (or any REC-33) will be available once you have completed all required assessments and the final exam. Final exams must be passed in order to receive credit.
