Quick answers

How fast can I finish?

Keep pace with the live sessions and most students wrap up in 7–10 weeks, state exam included. Going full-time, you can finish in about four.

Do I have to attend every session?

No. Every session is recorded and posted to your student account.

What happens after the coursework?

You sit for the Colorado real estate exam (national and state portions). Exam prep is already in your tuition.

What if I fail the state exam?

Students who attend the live sessions and complete exam prep within the 7–10 week window are better prepared and recall more on test day. So if you follow the program the way we built it — attend or watch every live session, pass exam prep, and take the state exam at a testing center within 10 weeks — we're certain you'll pass. How certain? Fail the exam after doing it our way, and we pay for your first retake. That's the deal.

Is there anything else to buy?
