Six (6) hours of Legal Issues and six (6) hours of Contracts that qualifies to meet applicable education hours required by the Colorado Division of Real Estate in certain disciplinary actions (otherwise also counts as regular elective CE credit).

Students will be enrolled in each course listed and will receive appropriate credit and certificates to meet CE requirements or stipulations forwarded from the Division of Real Estate, or DRE. Both courses are completed separately online and students may access the courses immediately upon registration.

Package includes two (2) courses.
- Individual certificates are generated immediately upon completion of each of the following:
  - Legal Issues - 6 hrs
  - Colorado Contracts - 6 hrs
- Courses may be completed on your schedule so students may stop and start when they want to.
- Apex has designed these courses specifically to meet remedial or mandatory education hours prescribed by the Division of Real Estate and Colorado Real Estate Commission.
- Each course is completed with a final exam as required by the rules set forth in Colorado.

All courses are self-paced & easily accessible in a click-through format on any device with internet.
Log in and out as often as needed to complete; any failed quizzes/exams may be retaken without penalty.

During the checkout process the student will have the option to upgrade their bundle to add credit hours, including the current Annual Commission Update course or a package of up to 24 hours, completing all the necessary requirements for any stipulation or elective education requirements. Students may also add the current ACU or other REALTOR® specific courses necessary for compliance.

All students are required to complete a student attestation at the onset of every course to verify they are the person who is taking the registered course. Certificates of completion (or any REC-33) will be available once you have completed all required assessments and the final exam. Final exams must be passed in order to receive credit.
