TransActioner is a contract management software system for real estate transactions. This course is an introductory guide designed for online delivery for brokers new to the software, with sections also devoted to Colorado real estate rules, contract review, and Commission Position Statement reminders. The course will take you through the TransActioner dashboard and familiarize you with how to effectively use the software to protect your clients with simply perfect contracts! (2 hours elective CE credit.)

Certificates of completion (or any REC-33) will be available once you have completed all required assessments and the final exam. Final exams must be passed in order to receive credit.
