This course takes Brokers into the realm of Property Management: We cover laws and regulation in Colorado, practical application regarding rents and leasing, and accounting review and support to help managers remain compliant. Updated C.R.S.and forms included.

Students will be introduced to updated laws and rules that affect the property management community in Colorado as well as look closely at how key issues affecting management agreements can be addressed with owners. This course meets continuing education requirements as well as mandatory education requirements set forth by the Colorado Real Estate Commission.

All students are required to complete a student attestation at the onset of every course to verify they are the person who is taking the registered course. Certificates of completion (or any REC-33) will be available once you have completed all required assessments and the final exam. Final exams must be passed in order to receive credit.
