This course takes Brokers on a deep dive review covering contract law, listing & selling contracts, and important addenda & disclosures most commonly used in real estate transactions. Updates for the current year are included.

This course meets all Division of Real Estate Requirements for six (6) hours of continuing education credit. The course also meets any mandatory remedial education required for brokers by the Division of Real Estate and Colorado Real Estate Commission.

• Colorado Listing Contracts
• Colorado Sales Contracts
• New & Updated Forms
• Addenda, Disclosures and Attachments

Students will also complete scenarios to help highlight issues that are critical to the Commission and will aid in the compliance of brokers who work with and write Colorado Contracts.
