Rules, Regulations, and RESPA--the title speaks for itself! This course is designed to inform real estate brokers in Colorado of updates to business practices that are necessary due to law and policy changes.

Since the Fall of 2023 and continuing right into 2024, there have been a number of rule, policy, regulation, and guidance updates that affect the practice of real estate in Colorado. In this course, we will take a look at the new requirements real estate brokers need to know, including state and federal changes that will have varying degrees of impact on the practice of real estate in Colorado.

We will review these changes and updates, offer indications of how they may be translated into practice, and then see if there is any guidance on how to more effectively and efficiently comply.
