Introduction to Brokerage Administration
This is the 24-hour  Brokerage Administration course!  This course is approved.  The course is designed for Brokers looking to upgrade to the employing broker level of licensure in Colorado. The course is also used to satisfy stipulated education set forth by the Division of Real Estate and Colorado Real Estate Commission. Brokers looking to take this course typically:
  1. Are planning to upgrade their license.
  2. Will still need to take 3 Annual Commission Update courses this license cycle. 
  3. Have at least two years of experience as an Active real estate broker in Colorado.

Students will complete a course orientation that includes the enrollment agreement during the checkout process.

This 24-Hour Broker Reactivation course covers 10 key topic areas including the trust accounts and opening a brokerage business. To receive credit, all students will complete a post-exam covering license upgrade issues and a course Final Exam covering the entire course and more. 

In order to meet the rules and requirements set forth by the Division of Real Estate the course final exam will become available to the student learner after the course content and associated assessments are passed. 

Certificates of completion (or any REC-33) will be available once you have completed all required assessments and the final exam. In order to recieve credit all students must complete the enrollment agreement, the assessments, and the final exam.
