This 72 credit-hour program provides the education necessary for the student to pass the state portion of the Colorado real estate license exam, while also providing the fundamental information necessary for exisiting brokers to complete required continuing education. 

This is the mandatory program you will use to be eligible to sit for the Colorado real estate license exam for individuals who have either an expired Brokers license from another state OR for those who current hold an active Brokers license from another state that they have held for less than two years. 

This course will also satisfy the continuing education requirement for Colorado licensees who wish to activate or reinstate their license after being inactive or expired for 36 months or less and have not fulfilled their annual continuing education requirements. 

Colorado Contracts

In this course students will examine Colorado contract law, the proper use of forms, and the forms themselves. The most current forms are used and the explanations from the instructors are found throughout. Students completing this course will be able to explain the rules governing the use of contracts and forms and will identify areas of concern for consumers and regulators. 

Colorado Closings

Through the study of closings we will review the process of a closing and the documentation required to be used. Because Colorado allows brokers to close transactions students will also review the process of completing a closing from start to finish, including the six-column worksheet and it's calculations and prorations. 

Both courses are completed with a final exam.
