It's the mandatory 2026 ACU (Annual Commission Update) course! This course must be taken every calendar year for licensees to have three (3) ACUs completed within each three year license cycle.

This is a live classroom delivery version of the ACU course and students will be required to attend the entire event in order to receive credit. If you have questions please email us at info@apexreschool.com.

Register through Apex in advance. Day of registrations will also be accepted until the class is full.

Colorado Division of Real Estate rules do not allow completion of each annual ACU outside the calendar year.

Students are also allowed to complete only one ACU course per year for credit.

All students are required to create a student account and verify they are the person who is taking the registered course. Certificates of completion (or any REC-33) will be available once you have completed the required viewing and the final exam. Final exams must be passed in order to receive credit.

You will register for the live sessions you desire directly with the hosts listed. Only listed sessions are eligible for credit. 

Please Note:  This live version, or classroom course, must be approved by the Division of Real Estate. The course is set to be released in mid-December.
