It's the mandatory 2026 ACU (Annual Commission Update) course!  This course must be taken every calendar year for licensees to have three (3) ACUs completed within each three-year license cycle.

Note: This version of the 2026 ACU course is being offered in a live/online or webinar format. Please be aware of the following:

• Colorado Division of Real Estate rules do not allow completion of each annual ACU outside the calendar year.
  
  
• Students are also allowed to complete only one ACU course per year for credit

• All students are required to complete a student attestation at the onset of every course to verify they are the person who is taking the registered course. Certificates of completion (or any REC-33) will be available once you have completed all required assessments and the final exam. Final exams must be passed in order to receive credit.

The final exam will be available to all those who attend. It will be taken online within the student account.
