This course is designed to provide you with the 168 hours of instruction required to be eligible for a Colorado real estate broker’s license. This course prepares you for the Colorado state licensing exam as well as providing the practical business knowledge and foundation necessary to be a successful real estate salesperson in Colorado. 

Students will complete an introduction course online with Apex that will highlight key features of the online coursework. Students will have full access to the courses once the introduction is complete. This is where you will complete all the required paperwork for program registration.

All students will have full online course access as well as access to the available study sessions, which are held in person beginning October 23rd.

Registration for the live tutoring and online coursework is included, and may be on separate platforms. Students will have full access once the orientation coursework is complete. 

Students must complete 168 hours of education from an approved Colorado real estate licensing school. This package includes the required content broken down into the following courses and is fully approved by the Colorado Department of Occupational Schools:

• Law & Practice (48 hours)
• Contracts & Regulations (48 hours)
• Colorado Closings (24 hours)
• Record Keeping & Trust Accounts (8 hours)
• Legal Issues (8 hours)
• Practical Applications (32 hours)

Once you complete your pre-licensing coursework you’ll take the Colorado real estate licensing exam.  This exam is completed in two parts, National and State specific content.  All students will receive Exam Prep as part of their program. We will prepare you not only to pass the exam but to begin your journey to a successful career in real estate!

After your live class start date you will then be registered into the online course materials through Apex. Registration for the online course is included along with the live study sessions. 

Along with the 168-hours of coursework, students will also receive:

• A Welcome course and Assignment - You'll turn in your enrollment agreement for review and approval
• Orientation & Introduction - You will learn the course timeline and review the synopsis of each of the courses in the program, and
• Exam Prep - Our exam prep online is just one part of the program, while our live exam prep is where you will put your studies into practice
